Karyn Lim is a designer specialising in industrial design and communications for design. Trained in industrial design with a focus on furniture, lifestyle objects and craft, Karyn has a conscious and collaborative approach, experimenting across a variety of materials. She has worked under the mentorship of renowned designers Erwan Bouroullec and Sabine Marcelis, and has designed for international brands including Marsotto, La Prairie, Samsung and Zanotta. In addition to her work with Studio Karyn Lim, she manages communications at furniture brand IndustryPlus and teaches design in the School of Art, Design and Media at the Nanyang Technological University.
